Refund & Billing Policy

Overview
Premium is billed through Stripe. The checkout price is what you authorize. We do not add surprise platform fees. Applicable taxes may be calculated by Stripe based on location.
Cancellation
Cancel Premium anytime in billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Future renewals stop; access continues until the paid period ends.
Refunds
For billing errors or a verified StreetHub outage after purchase, contact Support within 14 days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe. Change-of-mind refunds after successful access are not guaranteed.
No hidden fees
Core browsing is free. Optional Premium is the paid unlock shown on Pricing. We do not charge undisclosed listing success fees or message surcharges.
